When working in containers, oil tanks, pipelines, etc., it is forbidden to purge the equipment with oxygen and blow with oxygen. Workers must ventilate for 15 minutes before entering SF6 power distribution devices and rooms. When extinguishing cable fires, positive pressure gas masks should be used to prevent poisoning and suffocation by inhaling toxic gases

4.1 work clothes must be worn when working. In order to facilitate the opening of the packaging bag for the work of fire, slag, inflammable, explosive, live equipment and high-temperature operation, the staff must also wear pure cotton work clothes, and it is not allowed to wear nylon, chemical fiber, cotton chemical fiber blended work clothes, so as to prevent the work clothes from aggravating the degree of burns when they are burned in case of fire

4.2 welders should wear canvas overalls and work hats, and their tops should not be tied in their pants. The pockets must be covered, and the feet should have shoe covers to prevent burns during welding

4.3 when electric welding is carried out indoors or outdoors, if necessary, a light barrier should be set around to prevent the arc light from damaging the eyes of surrounding people

4.4 when welding, safety measures must be taken to prevent scalding, electric shock, explosion, fire, etc. caused by splashing and falling of metal slag. Before leaving the site, the welder must check whether there is any kindling left on the site

4.5 when the friction coefficient of the bearing surface decreases by 20% or when cutting containers with residual grease or flammable liquids and containers that may contain flammable and explosive gases, the cover must be opened and cleaned. For containers with residual inflammables and explosives, wash them with steam or hot alkaline water first, and open the cover before welding or cutting

4.6 when working in containers, oil tanks, pipelines, etc., it is forbidden to purge the equipment with oxygen and blow with oxygen

4.7 when painting, wrapping insulation, rubber lining, etc. are carried out in containers and enclosed generators, at least one vent with sufficient section shall be opened and strong ventilation shall be carried out, except for the entrance and exit of workers. The workplace should be equipped with fire extinguishers, dry sand and other fire-fighting equipment, and open fire is strictly prohibited

4.8 when entering containers and channels for further study, reliable measures must be taken to prevent steam or drainage from being discharged into the workplace during maintenance

4.9 it is forbidden to store gasoline, kerosene, alcohol and other inflammables in the workplace

4.10 do not stand directly opposite the fire door, inspection door or burner inspection hole on March 17, 2015 during boiler raising or unstable combustion. When observing the boiler combustion, you must wear protective glasses or cover your eyes with colored glass

4.11 when washing the water level gauge and opening the fire door, inspection door and ash door of the boiler, it must be slow and careful. The staff must stand on the side of the water level gauge or behind the door, and watch the escape way to both sides. Try to avoid being close to and staying for a long time in places that may be scalded

4.12 during boiler soot blowing, the negative pressure of combustion chamber should be appropriately increased and the combustion stability should be maintained. During soot blowing, it is forbidden to open the inspection hole to observe the combustion. When there is pulverized coal air mixture flowing inside the pulverizing equipment, it is forbidden to open the inspection door

4.13 during operation, it is necessary to partially disconnect the thermal equipment. When carrying out maintenance work, the safety measures to reliably isolate the maintenance equipment from the operating equipment or system in water, steam, air, oil, coal, smoke, gas, electricity and other aspects must be indicated on the safety measures column of the work ticket, and the warning signs must be hung and locked

4.14 before the maintenance of the heat exchanger, in order to prevent steam or hot water from entering the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger should be reliably isolated from the connected pipes, equipment, drainage pipes and bypass pipes, and all isolated valves should be locked and hung with warning signs

4.15 the operator can only confirm that the drain valve and exhaust valve of the heat exchanger have been fully opened and the full stroke has been opened; There is no water vapor discharged from the drain port and exhaust port; Only when the pressure on the water side and steam side of the heat exchanger has reached zero can the maintenance work permit procedures of the heat exchanger be handled

4.16 the maintenance personnel can start work only after confirming that the drain valve and exhaust valve of the heat exchanger have been fully opened, the steam and hot water have been completely discharged, and the on-site situation has been checked to meet the safety requirements. When loosening the flange screws, special care should be taken to avoid standing directly against the flange, so as to prevent the residual pressure steam from rushing out and hurting people

4.17 before disassembling and overhauling the feed pump and removing the screws, the person in charge must first check that the inlet and outlet valves are closed, and then open the water drain valve of the pump body to drain the residual water, so as to prevent people from being injured by the ejection of pressure water after removing the screws

4.18 the power distribution equipment room equipped with SF6 equipment must be equipped with strong ventilation device, and the air outlet should be set at the bottom of the room. When entering the SF6 power distribution unit room, the staff must ventilate for 15 minutes and measure the SF6 gas content with a leak detector. Prevent SF6 gas leakage, causing hypoxia and suffocation of workers

4.19 in the SF6 power distribution unit room, it is not allowed to stay near the explosion-proof membrane of SF6 equipment. When entering the low-level area or cable trench of SF6 power distribution device for work, it should first detect that the oxygen content in the air is not less than 18% and the SF6 gas content does not exceed the specified value. If you smell irritating or uncomfortable smell during work, you should stop working immediately and quickly run to the environment with fresh air

4.20 the control rooms of power plants and substations should be equipped with positive pressure gas masks. When extinguishing cable fires, positive pressure gas masks should be used to prevent firefighters from poisoning or suffocation by inhaling toxic gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride, carbon dioxide, etc. in the smoke
